Moving forward with clarity.
The gap between "on track" and "ready"
Twenty years of leading quality and readiness functions on CRM, Salesforce and enterprise transformation programmes taught our founder, Harjinder Kaur Sidhu, one thing above everything else: a green status report and a genuinely ready programme are not the same thing.
They often look identical from the boardroom. They rarely are, up close.
The people producing the status reports aren't being dishonest. They're too close to the delivery, too invested in the date, or reporting the version of events that keeps the programme moving. That's not a character flaw. It's a structural conflict of interest built into every transformation programme: the people telling you it's ready are the same people who need it to be ready.
Clarvien exists to remove that conflict. Not to replace the delivery team's view, but to give leadership an independent one, built on evidence rather than investment in the outcome.
How we got here
The business began in 2016 as IT Software Solutions Ltd, a contracting practice built on our founder's testing and QA delivery expertise. Over a decade of CRM, Salesforce and enterprise transformation work, the value on offer changed: from executing tests to exposing the risks, ownership gaps and false confidence that actually determine whether a go-live succeeds. Clarvien is that shift made explicit, built specifically around the decision that matters most.
Who we work with
Programme Directors, CTOs, COOs and CIOs at UK non-profits, housing associations and mid-market organisations approaching a confirmed go-live, who need a defensible answer before they commit, not another status update from someone with a stake in the answer.
A note on the name
Clarvien comes from Claritas: clarity, brightness, bringing into view what was previously unclear, and Vien, echoing forward movement. Moving forward with clarity: seeing a programme's true state clearly enough to act on it with confidence.
